Assalam u Alaikum... MashaAllah.. After incubation, cells are tested for membrane damage, usually by determining the rate of trans membrane uptake by the lymphocytic cells of a special dye.... Iss ka matlab kiya ha ??
In the topic "Characteristics of Rh transfusion reactions", you said if Rh +ive blood is added in Rh -ive blood so there will be no issue however this is the same concept in Erthroblastosis Fetalis that Rh +ive blood of baby is entering in Rh -ive blood of mother so according to your previous concept there should be "No issue" but mother makes Anti Rh antibodies which are transferred to baby that causes RBC aggulutination.
EF mai bhi mother ko to kuch nahi hota na. Ab wo baby wala to exceptional case hau. Waisay transfusion mai bhi immediately kuch nahi hoga phir slowly slowly recipient mai antibidies banain gi laikin wo bot thori hoti hain
@@mbsmedilectures3423 no bro actually ap nay vedio main thek e tho bola hai k agar hum Rh positive main Rh negative dal rahy hgn tho koi issue nai hoga Actually inho nay sai suna nai hai shyd🤔
EF mn to jesy hi direct contact hota ha baby aur mother ky blood ka tabhi antibodies banti ha but 1st is not so dangerous sir ne comparison mn bola ha next pregnancy ky cases mn zaida nuksan ho ky bcz tab in antibodies ky sath sath memory cells bhi ban gay hoty han towards Rh antigen reaction mild iss lie hota ha bcz recipient ka blood kam antibiotics hi banta ha donor ka blood to wesy hi plasma dilute kar deta ha so doesn't matter more .
Asal mai jo blood transfuse hoa hai oski quantity relatively itni thori hoti hai ke antibodies bohot dilute ho jati hain or kuch antibodies ko hum destroy bhi kar daitay hain jabkeh recipient to mojoda antibodies kay ilawa antibidies produce bhi kar sakta hai na to is liyay wo khatarnak hota hai
