This is a quick run-through of the GW1949 from USSC. Find us on Social Media! We'd love to see your stove setup: Facebook: USStove/ Instagram: usstove Twitter: USStove
I was considering this stove because it's flat design. But when I saw how bad the welds were in the video, I could only wonder how bad the quality control is. Unconsidered
Now, that you completely lost me... How many stars are there in American flag again... 70? Damn, where are the remaining 20 states located again? To the graphics department, I mean... To Your i-know-computers-because-i-have-played-mario-once cousin: "fffght! You had one job!"
I have one, If you burn low quality pellets, it will clog up the burn tube's, resulting in cleaning the tubes and burn camber on a daliy basses. Also when lighting it, I open the gate for a second only letting a small amount of pellets to come down, then lite it with a propane torch. If I open the gate, full open and try to lite it it will back fire, throwing sparks everywhere.
It would if the draft was before the fire pot. But in this case they put the draft control after the fire. That reduces the draft on the fire; there by reducing the flame/burn.
@@beebob1279 Well here is one for you, for me it is an outstanding stove. I have burned for 2 winters. I never have to worry about power outages. Pellets provide clean and easy storage. It does what it is supposed to do. You have to have proper draft. It takes 3 minutes to vacuum it out each day with a shop vac.
Carlos Hernandez really? so you bring a wood grinder to make saw dust and a 3000.00 pellet press along so you can survive wtf , oh! Make sure you bring fuel also to run the machines lmfao
This is not a survivalist stove and I have never heard it called that. Pellets are easy to store in a garage. Just stock up ahead of time and then you are set up for lengthy power outages.
They're not selling well at all , that's why not making more , tractor supply by me sold one and it took 6 months , why because 1600.00 for non electric nothnig but square tubing it's too much , I'm building one myself similar but will have ventilator option, originally they were sold for close to 2000.00 that was crazy
This is a great stove! But this is the most poorly produced video I have seen on it. Not only does he contradict himself on the draft operation, but the last third of the video is blank. USSC is a fairly large and well known company. I thought they could have done better.
