I never understood why the Mace symbol has so ridiculous cast time. It doesn't do much more damage than most other symbols, it doesn't give any better boons than other symbols, and it doesn't cause any strong conditions on initial hit. It's just mediocre, so I just don't get why there's such a long cast time one can make a cup of coffee before it lands. It almost feels like someone at Anet made a typo, and gave it 1 1/4 cast time instead of just 1/4 cast time 😡
@@JenPlaysGG I guess it'd make sense to have 2 good skills instead of one bad and one OP :) Watching you trying to land the mace symbol so many times and failing almost every time hurts, especially since it's not a skill issue. Anything with such a long cast time and such a telegraphed animation is pretty much useless in a PVP setting :/
