​​@@Gwenstacy-ul3ziDude, it is not necessary that they be a couple, they have conflicts but they would both things, a couple and just friends, Gwen is one of Miles Morales' first girlfriends but she is not his current girlfriend, Miles had other girlfriends like Kamala Khan and Tiana Toomes (his current girlfriend) although they do not exist in the Spider Verse. The relationship between Miles and Gwen is inspired by the comics, only unlike the film adaptation, they don't feel forced, they do it perfectly but it is not necessary for them to be a couple or friends. It is better that they both be both, couple and then friends.
