The best thing about the slit for card to sit is for people w/ arthritis. My brother has made card holders for my grandparents and older family and they love them. My grandma especially who has horrible arthritis, so being able to not have to hold the cards is quite literally pain relieving.

I’ve never even considered wanting a games table, but this has really made me want one so bad. I really love the feature that makes it a normal table, so it doesn’t just have to be a huge area dedicated to only one activity. This is so sick!!!

I have a Geek 'n' Son table they made for me a few years back. It's not one of their standard sizes, but they had zero problems with making a slightly larger table to the measurements I wanted and the mahogany stain . Their customer service was excellent all the way through the build. It's an excellent gaming table along with an excellent dining table. I also still talk to the guys every time I see them at the UK games Expo. All in all a brilliant buy IMO

That's a beauty of a table, dark wood is more of my style than the light one. Plus the addons are on the same wood, If I remember correctly the other one had plastic ones.

I just got my Bristol from the second/GameFound campaign. It has a lot of these features; a wooden body. I got the dice tower(s) and the center divider with the drawers. I chose a darker color stain. It still has the built in cupholders and the full cover top. And I prefer the full cover top, so spills flow to the edge instead of getting trapped. It also is still plugged in rather than having the battery pack. But I think I prefer that, so I don't have to worry about the charge (especially if the wireless phone chargers are in use). But definitely looks pretty.

Their delivery team was great. The only thing i would say is if you're going to get it I would pick up a ratcheting wrench set. Setting up this table was by no means difficult, but those would have made it a lot easier.

I think charging ports around the table could be better than a single wireless one, but maybe it goes against the whole we're gaming now, no cellphones on hand. Also I'm not a fan of having to charge my table, but since it's not necessary for it to function as a table is kind of whatever. Other than that, it is an amazing looking table.

It looks like a really nice table, but I hope they consider making divots for the chit holders (like the big middle table divider) curved/rounded so you can easily drag your pieces out. It sounds like a small thing, but makes it so much more accessible!

Finallyyyyyy LED lights around all four sides! And I must admit, as much as I didn't like the dips or cup holders on top of the perimeter/boundary (what have you) of the other table - if you've got 6/8 people sitting around the Gwen, there's not too much room to slide in the add ons for cups etc. next to you. It would be neat to see like a clip on top of the boundary bits (that go over the edges to be secure-ish) that can hold a cup/ramekin etc - like a couch arm holder/sleeve... you'll have to google it for what I mean 😅 That's my two cents, anyway. I know some may say just put your cup/mug on top but I just know I'd knock something off too easily, it'd be nice if it had a higher chance of not spilling over haha.

Under $1500 for a dining table to begin with is genuinely a relatively reasonable ask. I was already in the market for a new dining table to begin with so honestly this might be the one based on looks and function.

would have liked if you actually spilled some water. They also promised it would be waterproof on the last one, and we all know how that turned out. Sure you explained the science behind the waterproof design, but marketing do be marketing, and sometimes marketing do be telling lies. Eitherway, looks like a fine boardgame table E: at the end of the video Adam bumped against it, and it shook quite a bit to the point of the water going crazy. How stable is it? Cause sometimes moods can get wild during a boardgame session

I have just completed building my own battery-powered board game table! Hopefully it gets a lot of use over the next few years! I was tempted by the Bristol last time round but didnt like the split bottomed vault, looks like they have kept that idea again!

My only question and you may not be able to tell us because of it. Can you section off the lights so they can be different colors? That is one thing I have seen on one or two different tables that I thought was the coolest, so you can change the color for the player.

I'm suprised they've gone for an only powerbank solution rather than also giving the option for it to be plugged in. Personally I don't mind a table being plugged in and the powerbank seems like an annoying thing to remember to charge
