Gwent Heritage Cards are Very Interesting! 

It reminds me, and i think it was designed like this one purpose, of the old Iris, which was very good with frost. The replay from GY ability also simulates the old Caretaker.

Yeah I read it as you can target anything. It seems very good

Necromancer's Tome, Megascope, and access to Heatwave and Oeiro are pretty good motivations. Crimson Curse is actually quite good too. It might not be quite as strong as Renfri, but you can do some really powerful things with the extra Fleders and recursion

Keep in mind also, the alchemy leader has a passive that heals a damaged unit by 1 any time you play an alchemy, so he would come in at 3 points in that leader in addition to any points from the Freyas blessings
