Now that i look at it, Landore is very good. A good depot which has housed many amazing trains, from the HSTs to now the 175s. Both of which were very special. The HSTs to the whole UK to the 175s to Welsh people. 😢

Surely, some company wants a depot in Wales.!!. Fully kitted out already. Clean and tidy. Ready to move straight into. Don't let the developers move in, and turn it into yet another housing development.!🤬🤬🤬!.

because it is a sister First company, so obviously must have something to do with centralised ops in a mutual depot,

Both of the ones who worked for SWR previous worked for GWR in senior roles.

If I had the money, I'd buy it and employ any of the old staff who wanted a job, and maintain my own fleet of trains. I don't know what type of trains they would be. I'd just buy lots of loco's and stock, and fill the place up with things to work on. I haven't really thought it through yet.!🤔!. 😂.

I really HOPE that some company, who work with rail traffic of some kind, take this depot over, and keep using it for what it's designed and kitted out to do. Maybe employ a few of these men who have years of valuable knowledge and skill behind them. It would be criminal if it was turned into ANOTHER housing development. One day, we'll wish that we'd kept some of these places, but, it'll be too f'ing late then.!🤬!. Come on DRS, or DBS, or one of yous. Buy this depot, and let's stop the developers moving in.!🤬🤬🤬!.
