Im an RN, almost 50 myself, and have really gotten into anti aging I just wanted to say to GP, don't listen to these ignorant people ESPECIALLY the God awful "body positive" or "fat acceptance" idiots i do IF, a carnivore/ paleo diet, do the sauna and cold plunging, haven't added bone broth YET but planning to. To me it is so ridiculous and funny that morbidly obese women that have horrible physical and mental health and have no clue what to do when it comes to maintaining holistic health. P.S. I just recently got 100% pure coconut oil and use that on my skin, face and body and put a light amount my hair at night, I have really long hair. Im 49 and when im out with my 27 year old daughter people think we are brother and sister not father and daughter. So keep doing everything you're doing Gwyneth and don't listen to these very jealous haters. You will still be living well at 104 when they all pass by 45
