In this video, I install an Ecotrons ALM (Accurate Lambda Meter) for the purpose of fuel diagnostics on a GY6 engine.
The engine originally started out as a 150cc (157QMJ). I upgraded with a 61mm Big Bore Kit, 61mm combustion chamber head with stock ports. I upgraded the head with stainless steel valves and NCY TI coated springs. The engine also has an A9 camshaft.
External engine upgrades consist of K&N free flow exhaust and a DSTAR free flow exhaust. Has an orange "racing" CDI but I have no idea what what kind of advance/retard it has.

I would think for an air-cooled engine you would want to target a richer AF mixture ~12.5 to help make the intake charge cooler and maybe help cool the cylinder.

Will 1 rear shock hold that scooter or do you need to have 2 on there? I like that exhaust and my scoot looks a lot like that one, not exact same but I notice similar body panels so I know that exhaust would fit mine but would have to remove the shock. Anyway yeah, would it be okay with just one shock? Maybe an aftermarket one that holds more weight?

Gregory Megatron I recently removed my exhaust side shock on my 150cc scooter. I added the washers taken from the large black piece you have to remove first, as spacers to avoid needing a short axle and all has been well since, even at wot for an extended time. My weight is 155lbs as I’m sure that may be a factor when deciding.

@@Roland-Henry oh wow I actually just purchased a new header today.. and soon an exhaust after I take a look at the thing and see how it all lines up. From all the reviews online, its hard to find one that does line up, but it's cheap n I just need to see for myself. At least you confirmed that its possible to ride with 1 shock, thanks for that! I'll post an update if I have to go that route.
