Those bearing that sit under the torsion spring, here in indonesia we named it "bearing seater/bearing spring seater" its been famous here since 2015... But alot off people cancel it due to some issue that says it may broke the spring... And the original spring seater, you dont need screwdriver to pull it up... You can twist it clockwise to pull it open... Nice work bro... Sorry for my bad english....

in the variator couldn't you run 3 lighter for take off and 3 heavier for top end ? I ask this simply because you can do that on a qmb139 just seems logical to get up to speed then carry through the top end

I have some questions, don't know if you'll be able to answer them for me. The Chinese scooter I have is a Vitacci Clash, it is already a fully EFI bike from factory and the engine code on it is LF161QMK. From what I'm told it's a Lifan made version of the GY6, is that correct? Also from what my friend said when the engine code is deciphered it says it's a 175cc, but the online dealer who sells the scooter has it down as being a 168cc in the scooters specs. Which one are the correct specs? I was looking at either buying this clutch kit or the nicer Reveno when possible. Will they fit on my scooter? Does this upgraded clutch also have belt vibration when riding at lower speeds like the stock unit or do the ball bearings on the driven spring help with that? I'm just looking for some info to see if I can get some nicer upgrades for my scooter. :)

These gy6 bikes are far from perfect when delivered from factory, so if you get one, you do have to play with them in order to get the most performance out of them.

Good day I'm trying to reach out to you'll but this is how I know how I brought a 171ccbig bore kit for my gy6 so my question is (does the oil ring is 2 and 1/2 teeth longer because it was harder to in back in the cylinder so I had a reputive shop try to put it in for me but after installingan running I got oil comingout ofthe tail piece I did a complete valve sealand all that stuff(2) so in future I believe I need to buy another set of piston and rings (so what contact can you respond to me I'm from Trinidad and Tobago plzthks

You toss the Gy6 in the garbage and swap a two stoke in it.. a 70cc minarelli will bus 232-300 or the next dumb big block gy6 they manage to come up with. and if you got with a Dio 90-125-160cc 2t you will need 4 of those gy6s to catch that

G'day m8......iv an Aprilia Sport City One 50 4T 2V 08-10 E2. Could this Kit fit my Scooter and have the same disassembly and assembly, as you have shown in this very comprehensively done vid. im a 50yr old looking at getting this moped up and running to save fuel. But a little extra speed never hurt on a 50cc😎. i just subbed and this is my first comment, hope my Aprilia is not as bad a Tao Tao. ive got it to a running state and everything works, with new Rectifier, a new CGI/coil combo and a new 24 PWK Carby plus accessories which goes on in the next couple days🤔 . Hi, I have 2 identical 2015 Zuma50 FX, one has 2000 miles on it other only 400, it's practically new, higher mileage one goes 41 but new one barely makes to 36. They're both 100% stock. Haven't been messed with at all. Do you think break in valve adjustment will do it? Thanks

Can you do a video on the 2022 venom (wasp) x18r 200cc. I’m trying to learn about it for performance upgrades and it seems hard to find what I need since most gy6 searches bring up 50cc-180cc parts. Some show 200cc compatibility, but I’m still new to this motor and some expert advice would help. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. I’m stressing over here

When you are putting the belt on put your foot through it then compress at same time slide heel back it's a Lot easier try it

Bro this has to be one of the most informative gy6 videos EVER!!! I’m 24 minutes in and I’m like wow. I’ve order many of these parts from you and TRS but I love how you explain how a lot of this stuff works and how to safely remove/install. You’ll definitely be getting more of my support for sure! There’s a ruckus for sale near me for super cheap I’m hoping to buy but I’m waiting on the seller to reply. If I can get this other one it’ll be my true learner Ruck since I got my current one with a gy6. I’ll try my best to build it with as many RW parts as possible!! Hopefully when they become available maybe even grab that hybrid yamaha gy6!!
