We Filipino used 13.5 degree variator or what we called pulley.were using also 2 way cam 6 hole torque drive and regrooved bell with dust hole and longer clutch lining for better performance.coz here in Philippines there's no reveno CVT set available. nice content❤

@Rolling Wrench, got a video on how to install the lower race over the triple tree to seat it properly? I bought your pro build triple tree not realizing I needed to install a lower race and it's got about a half centimeter to go before its seated all the way down and I cant get it to budge further down.

Looks fancy only wait until u drive it in the rain or hit a piece of rock.What make sense to drive with open cvt cover? Cooling is not an issue but what about air ressistant?

Question. How to tune the 2.0 clutch that need more rpm to engage? I like my clutch engage at low rpm just slight throttle twist, easier to ride in stop and go condition

If you want more rpm put a heavier contra spring in. That’s step 1

Have you ever used a racing oil such as AMSOIL DOMINATOR 10W-30 in a 49cc stock"ish" scooter? 49cc's seem to always be running at high RPM's do to their limited horse power. Not sure if it's OK. Will the high temp viscosity of 30 and the anti-wear additives cause issues? Thanks 🛵

need clarification. what do you mean 1.0 is more aggressive? whats so great about the forged pulley? is it just weight? how much weight?

1.0 clutch Engagement is later in the rpm range resulting in a more aggressive take off. Forged pulley is nice a true and super light. I’ll have another video that goes more in depth this week. I have been working on the edit.

Hey. i have a question. i have a 50cc gy6 that im planning on completely rebuilding and tuning to 90cc. if i do so is there a higher risk of blowing it up? as it currently sits its very illegal so it blowing up on the road would be a big problem.

Anytime you increase the performance you decrease the reliability. With that said they are pretty dang reliable

How long reveno will last on a bore up engine like 195cc? I really wanna buy 1 for my aerox 155 and my engine is a 195cc..

A big man's toy btw. Its much more fun making a small scooter to be faster and better. Having. Big bike that is already fast seems boring. There is no excitement to be expected since it is already expected fast.
