As a Muslim, I demand a survey from ASI... If there is really a SHIVLING inside it, then Muslims should happily offer this place to the Hindu Community. Because Aurangzeb's wrongdoings in the past century will never be right ever... If nothing is found the Hindu community should happily offer this to Muslims without any further case/petition.

Were mosques destroyed in India during the Islamic rule ? No. Were churches destroyed during the British Raj? No. Were tens of thousands of temples and gurudwara's destroyed ? Yes. Then how can an act in 1991 stop us from rectifying this grave injustice. Parliament was wrong here. It was nothing but an appeasing tool. Sooner or later this judgement was bound to come 🤞
इसका भी निपटारा होना चाहिए - वक़्फ़ प्रॉपर्टी एक्ट 2013 में जो संसोधन हुआ था वह बहुत असंवैधानिक था । कांग्रेस ने सिर्फ वोट बैंक के लिए इस कानून को बनाया था । इसीलिए इस वक़्फ़ प्रोपेर्टी एक्ट 2013 को खत्म किया जाए , साथ ही वक़्फ़ ट्रिब्यूनल को भी खत्म किया जाना चाहिए ।
अब कोर्ट भी हिन्दुत्व के अवधारणा पर काम कर रही हैं। जज पक्षपात कर रहे हैं। भारत में अल्पसंख्यको को न्याय नहीं मिल पा रहा है। आज बाबा साहब होते तो ऐसा नहीं होता। आज बापू जिंदा होते तो ये सब नही होने देते, कोर्ट के फैसले को बदल देते धरने पर जाकर - ---एक बहुत ज्यादा भावुक परमसिद्ध कुंठित पत्रकार।
Places of worship act is to contain short term religious violence and not to deny hindu rights.Anyway the act has been passed in parliament and it can be taken back.
