Poddis this is what I don’t understand. There are tons of tutorial videos on RU-vid that can help. If you have time make comments on RU-vid, you have time to watch a 5-10 min video on how to deadlift. If you don’t have internet, ask some of the people at the gym, people are more than willing to help.
It's just one more excuse to avoid going to the gym. The people saying "I don't want to be filmed" are the same ones that complain about membership fees, "confusing" equipment (because diagrams next to your head are mysterious), meatheads, steroids, and anything else that justifies sitting on the couch.

The bench press is super complicated... first you have to lower the bar down to your chest, then you push it back up. With the effects of my anxiety rising from the amount of pressure to perform this complicated task I decided on doing one legged barbell squats on a gym ball.

If you're doing an excercises with like a bad form someone will probably correct you. But if You're any of these dipshits in the video then yeah..

Just because you have scoliosis and squat fine , doesn't mean everyone else who has scoliosis can squat fine like you. That is just super obnoxious considering you should be more sympathetic to people with disability since you have one yourself. \ And i really doubt you have since there are different types of scoliosis from mild to severe and affects different level of spine from neck to rib to lumbar & you casually lump yourself with the lady as equal as though there is only one type of scoliosis.
They can follow doctors recommendations for exercise while pregnant and avoid high intensity workouts that can potentially cause serious harm to the child. Look up the Olympic lifts and their benefits and how stressful they are to the body, same with the powerlifting lifts. Natural selection theirs enough dumb people in the world we need to cull the heard and if the stupid want to weed them selves out I'm all for it.

The poor baby. I've seen women preggers run marathons in 105 degrees and cycle 130 miles in 114 and wonder where their brains are. They just fried the poor baby. They could take the 3months off during that time the selfish things.
The internal temperature (including the uterus, where the baby is developed for 9 months) is kept at around 98 degrees. The baby lives in a 98 degree environment, constantly. 105 degrees is fine, you can't "fry" a baby. Exercising during pregnancy is fine, moving your arms doesn't put strain on another human being. Calm tf down.
Girls who are Pregnant who have been working out and their bodies have been used to working out can still workout while being pregnant. If your body has not yet been used to you working out and you are pregnant then that's when it us bad for the baby. And before you reply to my comment calling me stupid or trying to offend me, do some research! It'll surprise you just as much as it surprised me that women can still workout while being pregnant.

If your lifestyle consists of constant working out and heavy lifting then it is safe to while pregnant! You don’t have to change your lifestyle completely while pregnant.

The pregnant lady was fine, as long as she was doing all that before she was pregnant, Because her body is so used to working out that if she would have just stopped cold turkey her body wouldnt know what to do and she would eventually become unhealthy and it could possibly kill the baby. No one is claiming she she should stop working out entirely, but she should not be swinging a 145lb. barbell centimeters from her pregnant belly. She's clearly experienced, but that is not the issue. If you've ever worked out at a gym with Olympic lifting going on, especially a crossfit gym, all it takes is one finger slip or a sudden muscle pull and you fail the lift. Football is great exercise too, doesn't mean it's great exercise for a pregnant woman
That pregnant lady has amazing form. Training while pregnant is not wrong, it does not hurt the baby, its actually good for both baby and mother. Keeping up with your regular training while pregnant is perfectly fine, if shes been doing cross fit the past couple of years, she should keep doing it while pregnant. Just take away the ab exercises. The amount the world is uneducated on womens bodies and what they are capable of is scary. Do what feels good, follow doctors orders.

That kind of strenuous activity could cause fetal injury or death. Whoever you got that video from should be notified. Her obstetrician would tell her that she is an idiot.
