btw 1 tip is that when u get strength and letss u have 5m and the next plate u can do is 7m so u always wanna do the bigger amount on plates so that u can get maximum strength out of it

You have to complete the games tutorial to do school competitions so go talk to the guy on the left side of the beach gym or follow the arrows if their on yoiur screen
