Yea im one of them. Personally I wouldve acted the exact same way. Although i have a tendency to raise my voice. A gay dude always loitered in the men's locker room in my old gym. The guys that worked there wouldn't do anything because they were scared of a lawsuit. The female I talked to dealt with it immediately.

When I looked out this woman was butt naked as if she was trying to come into the shower with me. The whole time in the locker room she kept trying to talk to me while being naked I was so disgusted I left the gym immediately.

He thinks that just because the employee wasn't on the ground kissing the ground he was walking on, that he was mistreating him for being transgender. They're so used to special treatment, that someone talking to them in a normal way is considered discrimination🙄
This guy was so nice he even made sure to use gender neutral "someone and they" when referring to the individual to the police on the phone. When people want to be a victim and want confrontation nothing you do will satisfy them as it's not about the other person but the whiners need for attention and conflict. This young man handled this person very well.

Did you fail math class? A gym membership is way cheaper than a house and lots of homeless people pay for memberships because they can work put and also snag a shower. Usually they're supposed to leave afterwards though, not move into a locker semi permanently. It doesn't actually matter of you're homeless or not as long as you pay the fee to be allowed to work out and snag a shower after and leave. Plenty of people who travel a lot Have gym memberships for the same reason. It's way cheaper to stop at a gym you Have a membership at to snag a shower and then you can sleep in your car and save 150 bucks not having to buy a hotel at night and get bedbugs from some strangers bruh. And if they're homeless they're certainly going to have trouble getting in a place to live if they have to keep paying a fortune for hotels. Way easier to go to laundromat for laundry, gym for workout and a shower, and then many sleep in their car overnight inbetween work to save money.
If this man would have read the contract he would have known, you can’t sleep/live at the gym and if items are in a locker for over 24 hours, they will break the lock and remove the items in the locker. Also I feel sorry for all the actual women that had to share a locker room with a man. I can’t imagine how uncomfortable I’d be changing or showering with a man in the room.

In most contracts of gyms they state lockers are meant for gym use only. You cannot leave your stuff in a locker locker over night . The locks will be cut off and your stuff brought to front desk. Some gyms will throw it away on spot others if kind will hold it or even find out who it belongs to and give you a heads up. Contracts also state the gym is not liable for any lost personal items even electronics and cash.
This clown should be arrested for indecent exposure sexual assault and sexual harrassment. They have a right to open your locker if there's probable cause.

And to think, last year I was seeing videos on how to live rent-free in the cities. One of the "tips" was to keep your stuff at these gyms and use their facilities. Guess listening to video tips online backfired.
