He is AMAZING. This is probably the best video I’ve seen on your channel. Iconic. Usually people say: abs of steel. Naw, he has a core and upper body of diamond. The concentration of power in these areas in his form are amazing. The concentration of Ash’s strength and form was most similar to his in the dragon exercise. You can see the mental focus and calm to be mindful in these areas of the body. No panic. That’s the 69 year old grizzly bear 😉

Absolute LEGEND. People like Stephen really give me hope, and a reason to keep fighting for my own future 💖 I have a health condition that effects the mitochondria in my cells, and makes exercise dangerous (Can permanently reduce my health even further). My muscles/organs are as healthy as they ever were - nothing is actually damaged yet, my body just can't power my cells properly, which in turn effects a lot of autonomic processes. This does mean that if there ever is a cure/treatment, then I have a chance to get back to good health again, but at 31 years old it has been feeling less and less likely that I will see a cure in my lifetime, and that I've missed the "good years". Seeing people like Stephen absolutely crushing it at 69 gives me so much hope that even if I have to wait til 50 for a cure, I can still get in at least two decades of being badass. So truly, from the bottom of my heart, thank you Stephen, and thank you to the Musketeers and Co. for bringing people like Stephen into your content 💪🏅💖

I think a better saying is "everyone can improve if they put their mind to it". Saying everyone can be like him is not only wrong but seriously downplays the genetic anomaly that this man is. Only a small percentage of people can be world class in physical fitness, this man has mutant genetics in limb length, muscle belly insertions, tendon/ligament strength, he looks like he has enormous hands for his small stature, etc. If someone is 6'4 with tiny girl hands, he can put his mind to being small with an insane grip like this man. But we can all improve and get better.
