I wish my parents did that my mom really unmotivating when I’m doing gymnastics at home she said to do something else but when I’m doing things she thinks I should do it’s still not right for her 😢she also got a low beam for me for at home training as a gift but she’s always telling me not to spend time on it..

Tape, bandaids or a mini first aid kit, a bit of money in case you want something out of a vending machine, some type of gummies or jellybeans to keep your blood sugar from dropping (I loved eating a few jellybeans before practice). Little things like that would make a nice addition to your bag🤸🏼‍♀

Great stuff! Other useful things are liquid chalk, ankle weights and yoga blocks! Quatro, GK, Sylvia P and Milano do great gymnastics wear too! 🤸🏼‍♂️

When you said you had more for her the look on her face was priceless. Supportive parents always makes things so much better. She is so great at gymnastics at her age. I love how much they support her This reminds me of when I’ve packed a bunch of things into a backpack and brought it to the gymnastics and no one else brought one, so I felt like it was a waste, and never brought one again

Dancer & ex gymnast here! I’d recommend that sienna buys some yoga blocks (sports direct do them under the USA pro range) to help further stretching with her splits and getting her over splits! I’ve found them very helpful ☺️Happy Toby Tuesday 💗💗

As a gymnast, I would recommend buying an air track no matter that size it is an inflatable mat that ensures her safety and gives her a slight jumping boost.

hey im a level 4 gymnast and i recommend Sienna getting yoga blocks, chalk for bars, tape (for earrings and tape for marking), plasters and dont forget lotssssss of water xxxxxx ❤❤

Sienna I have some tips I’m a level 6 gymnast and I think you might have a shot at getting really good so you can use your resistance bands for practicing things on the bar such as lips splits clear hips and you don’t need any of those beauty items cuase it will only make you smell worse once you start getting a little better I hope you are having fun tho I have loved it since I was 2 and I hope you love it as much as me and even more ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

You should give sienna gymnastics grips they help you hold on to the bar better and if you find grips make sure to get them with wrist bands to prevent chalked wrists you could still do gymnastics without them but it’s good to start early so you get less rips on bars

I think you definitely could've gotten some hand grips and chalk for the bars. I know your bar is in your room and chalk can be messy, but liquid chalk works really well, if not better than regular chalk- it lasts longer and is mess-free.
