I have big arms shoulder so maybe if you are small go small but if you have muscles in those areas go medium

i got that in a small and its a real snug fit now, stats rn is 165lbs, 40-41in chest, when i got the shirt at the time i was smaller

I'd go medium but I've warn my small so I'd go medium If I bought again little uncomfortable under arm pits also so would go medium but I'll still use my small but on cardio days rather than weights days hope helps

+OhhTimo honestly I'm not sure where they'd sell em cut like that with the ends frayed but it's not that hard haha..just find a pair of shorts that you like the length of and basically cut to that length !
