Hello, gynecomastia can cause nipple inversion in some males if there is tugging of the ligament by the progressive growth of the glandular tissue. It is also not uncommon to notice slight inversion post operation due to scar tissue, however, both of these problems are easily rectifyable via surgery (for gynecomastia) and via a scar dissolving injection (for scar tissue post-op).
