It looks delicious, l do love japanese food. Thank you for sharing, have you been a chef? l recognise the technique of how to fold fingers when chopping the cabbage,which l learned from a chef in a kitchen - previously, l used to use my fingers flat and it is more a risk of cutting the ends off!
