I know it's not the norm but I know everything about my mother at 29yo and it is very isolating. Due to her mental and physical illnesses, I handle everything. I know her birthday, her meds with dosages, her SSN, her credit card account due dates, her utility bill due dates, etc etc etc. It makes me really sad most days. It's such a privilege to not have to know your parents' medical history and personal details.
