yeaaah ... I go watching your lessons, very good way to aproach these Gypsy colors, extract the right feeling from those harmony buildings,,,Thanks again for sharing your knowledge
Thank you Sven so much for sharing this great video and in particular taking the time to refer me to this trick going down from the G with the B in the base to the Bbdim Chord to the Amin 7.and then the Dominant D79 chord. I was familiar going up to the G#dim to Amin7 but what a nice simple variation going down! Love it!
Really enjoy these chord studies Sven. Chord changes have always been where I personally struggle the most and these and your regular chord lesson are so helpful, thank you for spending all this time to teach them. Some time if you get a chance, it would really be great if you could do a lesson specifically on the gypsy jazz chord inversions. You have them all in your head but I always loose so much time thinking about what goes where... really enjoy every lesson you do! Buddy
I really appreciate all your hard work putting together this rich lesson. Since there are many ways to assemble the very same chord It would be nice if you insert on your videos the chord diagrams, otherwise it’s very easy to get lost on so much information.
That would be too much work, to do it for free. But if you really want to learn all of these, I recommend writing them down yourself. It is worth it, because whatever you do yourself will be always on your mind, while sheets easily get lost on desks or in shelves 😉
