So the 'manual' available for download for the Maxspect Gyre 300 Cloud edition is 4 pages of no information with a QR code that points to RU-vid...where you find a handful of videos that don't put together a cohesive understanding of how to install or setup the product. Notice that there are no instructions on how to physically install the unit? I have a bag of plastic bit that I have no idea what to do with. Also, no link to the phone app or instructions on how to use it either. I do LOVE that we have instructions on how to push the power button. Good job guys.
@MaxspectOfficialChannel an instructional video on the rest of the set-up. There aren't any instructions at all and we have all these bits with no idea what to do with them
is it possible to have one pump ON and the other OFF in Feed Mode ? I dont want to shut down two pumps at the same time. Need one pump to work - otherwise some of my fishes in the other are of the tank wont get any food because they are not leaving their anemones....
Hi, the two pumps will be ON or OFF in the meantime if you turn on the Feeding Mode. If you would like to keep one pump working, please do not turn on the Feeding Mode, and turn off another pump manually.
