Hey guys, this time around we got to making one of our favorite Japanese dishes, Gyukatsu, or in other words, Deep Fried Beef Cutlets. We of course made it as a Donburri to go along one of Yukihira Soma's practice dishes before he ended up making the Chaliapin Steak don. If you've never tried this dish, give it a try and make it!
