Việc tranh chấp bản quyền cần được chứng minh thiệt hại đối với tác phẩm gốc để đảm bảo sự công bằng cho các nhà sáng tạo.
The entire content of the work has been reconstructed and reused according to the principle of Remix. It is regulated in section 107 of the US intellectual property law.
Article 26 of Vietnam's copyright law allows the use of original works for the purposes of teaching, scientific research, reporting, evaluation, ... without causing damage to the revenue of the original work. Copyright disputes need to be proven damaging to the original work to ensure fairness for the creators.
