X Lightcameradeath ; I think what he means by that is that it's suppose to sound like this, it's pyscadelic space rock sounding & not suppose to have that hard edge in your face sound but rather more relax you & take a trip with your mind, that's what i get from this band anyways.

Today's modern music is produced and mastered with close to brickwall compression and a lot of side chain effect, especially when it comes to EDM, and this is quite the opposite. Very subtle and soft compression. And I like it a lot. What I don't get is what William Kampen means by saying I don't get the "sound reference". What sound reference? Is it that it's referencing the production sound of the '70s or what? Since he's not going to answer maybe you could shed some light on what he's trying to say, because I'm obviously too stupid to understand it.
