Can Darvin Ham answer why was Reaves guarding Murray when Murray has a significant height advantage…..I mean Vanderbilt was cleared to play last night we could’ve used him for @ least the 4th quarter to bother Murray in height and physicality……This is the one of many reasons Darvin is going to get fired……

@@Erick-1130 It’s not an excuse it’s facts and we’re not talking about shot making because in the playoffs it’s more about getting stops, rebounds, and coaching…..The fact is Jamal Murray looked @ Reaves like barbecue chicken and ate him up and Darvin Ham made no adjustments throughout the whole series……Vanderbilt is 1000 times better defender than Reaves is and didn’t see the light of day yesterday when he was cleared to play…..When Jamal got it going in the 4th Darvin should have made adjustments to make it harder for him to score and didn’t…..Reaves is a good scorer but he can’t stop a ghost from scoring let alone Murray
LeBron should be the player coach since he obviously believes he knows more about the game than anyone, then let him be the head coach. No more worrying about coaches not appealing to him. Except there would be a drawback, he couldn't blame the coach anymore. What great post-game interviews that would make. He would be explaining why the team lost and no way to blame the coach.

He won like that, he lost like that but out of all of them I think Ham is the worst. The roster is better that it looks, he doesn’t give minutes. He’s pretty much a statue. Look its easier to replace the coach . I will always choose lebron n ad over the coach period . But i feel like ham got shitted on by mike malone . Nugvets coach is better n they have all there best players in tbere prime if la can get an all star guard at the wing position they will b fi e for next season
There is a lack of accountability when it comes to todays players. Yes coaching has something to do with it. But todays players have to much ego and power that allows them to dictate more and if they don't like the coach they become expendable. I feel that LeBron has a track record that impacts more coaches negatively while using his status to control, dictate and manipulate based on power. The reality is LA got beat by a better team that new what to do, how to do it and trust the process to execute the strategy. When LA tried to bully the coach by losing respect for him they did it the players way not the coaches way. Even in a loss or victory the coach is your leader especially knowing they had a number of leads blown yet won a championship (play in) with the same coach. What is scary about these optics is that people are choosing not to identify the elephant in the room. That is LeBron is very difficult player to please, play with and manage because his status , income and power allows for him to be entitled to operate in this way. He is learned how to master this behaviour because he knows the more money he makes, the league makes and the who ever he is playing for makes. There is a protective mindset in place with the media, players and others not to harm the golden goose image , status or brand so it doe not get tarnished. The game is suffering and time will show.
