H.E.A.T seriously are legendary. They also are class acts if you see how Erik Gronwall and Kenny handled their vocal duties change. H.E.A.T are like a true 80s band just without the drama.
Erik was and is great! The first two albums are great with Kenny and the new one also will be! Both singers are great and let's accept both of them for H.E.A T.
I am 57 - saw this band for the first time at Rock Imperium last week in Cartegena in Spain - now an absolute fan never having heard of them prior and off to see them in Murcia in November - Man!! What a great album - Keep Rocking H.E.A.T!

I started this video and blacked out for 6 months. I had brief moments of consciousness where I was wearing a sweat band and running up stairs, hitting a heavy bag, sparring with an old man in a gym, and being a great single father. When I came out of it, I was suddenly a world-class boxer and I had repaired my relationship with my son. Thank you, HEAT.

It's because we're still screwed up here in America from a standpoint of music. We were corrupted. First it was grunge around 1992... then alt rock came in by the late 1990s (1996-97) along with so called "nu metal" by 2004... and we've also been corrupted by the rap crap which lingers on to this day. REAL music has also been surplanted by "mouse music" which is music done completely by computer where some schlub goes all cut & paste until they get what they want but the music has no passion or soul within it. All too often we find that the instrumentalists can't actually play very well and the singers cannot sing without autotune or they simply lip sync through a performance. We've got to get back to demanding excellence, purity and originality in music. Get away from the engineered mouse music and back to real musicians and singers. People that can actually write and play their own music... without the visuals taking over. I don't give a flying rip how many costume changes there are, how many backup dancers there are or what they do, what kind of lasers or video screens there are or how many of them there are... or anything else that has to do with visual representation. I want to know that the band is playing their instruments and the singers are actually singing. I want to know that they wrote their music, they're passionate about it and they're up there to rock and rock hard! Unfortunately, it seems that the masses have short attention spans and don't appreciate music like they should. Perhaps it's because they don't know any better? What I do know for sure is that it's time for a resurgence of rock, hard rock and heavy metal in America. All the best bands from the 70s and 80s are now gone or are fading fast... with just a few left making new music. And they might be gone at any time. Time stops for nobody... and age gets us all eventually. Some of those still around are merely playing the same music they wrote in the 70s or 80s which is sad... on the one hand you can say it's awesome that you can still see them and enjoy their music! On the other hand you can say, "Yeah, why is it they haven't written any new material that's worth a damn in 35 years or more?!?". Then there is that age thing... some of the bands that are still hanging on should have hung it up a long time ago because they're almost embarrassing themselves on stage... or they ARE embarrassing themselves on stage! Yes, I think it's high time we had a resurgence of rock but we need an entirely new crop of folks to come in, take the reins and lead us into a new era of real, good, solid music. Those two new songs sound like the album isn‘t going to be weaker than the awesome H.E.A.T II album. They are the perfect symbiosis of Kenny and Erik era H.E.A.T in my opinion and they perfectly fit to Kenny‘s cleaner yet really full voice. Totally excited for the new album.
We saw Heat with Kenny in Belgium on the Wildfest. Kenny was unstoppable. But i love Erik too and i miss him. But now he is with Skid Row. Lord i adore it :D

I had to say i didnt know this band a few days ago i know this band because of the new lead singuer of SKIDROW (Erik Grönwall ) And i got to say im really enjoying this band H.E.A.T wich is new for me they got what it takes to be a great band Thankfully are appearing some new good rock bands,wich im glad and gives me hope for ROCK rising up again ROCK ON ^^
Man! I don’t which album I like more “H.E.A.T II” or this album! Both are great, every song from both albums are great! I am surprised with this band, every album they put out is so good, with both singers!

They are damn hot and cool! 🔥🔥🔥 The best modern melodic rock band in the World! The second EUROPE for me! And Kenny almost as cool as Joey Tempest. 😅 Such a powerful and drive oldschool music and amazing voice! I love them! God bless HEAT and Kenny! Swedish rock bands are the best rock bands ever! I'm one of those fans that discovered H.E.A.T during the Erik era and I kind of struggled trying to get into the first couple albums as I worked back to them. Just preferred the heavier style the band moved to with Erik as opposed to the lighter/AOR style of the first 2 albums. Well, have to say I'm loving that you guys kept the heavier style with Kenny back and really digging the 2 new tunes. I especially like Back To The Rhythm.....heavy, edgy, melodic, catchy....Just fantastic!
It also sucks that kenny is a shitty singer compared to erik lol kenny cant even sing his own songs live let alone eriks which is hilarious cause erik sang kennys songs better than kenny did
I've tried but just not enough edge in the production on those early albums for me. I almost wish they'd re-record them and beef them up a bit as there's definitely some good songs there.
I reckon this is their absolute best stuff yet, and they've produced some fantastic content thus far. I have this on repeat and can't get enough. Every song is a gem. Does Kenny remind anyone of a younger version of Bruce Dickinson!! Sadly missed them at Stonedead this year and won't be in Oz to catch them there. Will definitely see them next UK tour though.
Maybe the ONLY band that I'm aware of that can change singers, you can totally picture either singer singing the other singer's material and it sounding perfectly fine and not at all like a cover band. Well done. One of the best rock bands in the world. Go on tour with Skid Row.
Insane! Despite the heavier sound HEAT still managed to imply their trademark melodic hard rock vibe into the production which makes the song simply perfect. Looking forward for the new album.
