H.E. Lazarus Mccarthy Chakwera, President of the Republic of Malawi, called for increased support for the African Risk Capacity’s (ARC) resource mobilization campaign at the opening ceremony of the AU Extraordinary Humanitarian Summit and Pledging Conference in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea.
