A nitpick I have in the game is the pokemon's eyes when there sleeping. A bit odd to point out but I noticed it during a battle. When your pokemon has the sleep status their eyes are WIDE OPEN. I especially have an issue with this because outside of battles their eyes blink frequently and they even have SLeePiNg AnImAtIoNs with their eyes closed. At first, I thought they were carrying over the "drowsy" status condition from PLA but nope, the status condition is "asleep". But that's not all, in almost every other game you know what happens when a pokemon gets the sleep condition, THAT'S RIGHT THEY CLOSE THEIR EYES!! I can't unsee it and now neither can you. Thank you all for the rant even though it will likely be buried.

you know, as much as i love watching these, i can't believe the players tolerate this kind of behavior from the devs

My experience with the glitches so far : - Everytime I go out of the shop( the one without the interior) my character was placed in mid air and falling down or the model was spazzing out cause the character calling. - The dissapearing terain when battling on an incline. - The messed up skybox and shadow. Also, my twitter is filled with people denying the glitches happened lmao it's crazy.

Here's a little public service announcement to the comment section: Just because something is objectively not a good product doesn't mean you can't enjoy it, and nobody is trying to say you can't. If you had a lot of fun with this game, more power to you. But don't even try saying that this game is fine. This shit isn't acceptable. Rebuttals: "But GameFreak only has a small team." Yes, a small team that they divide even more to churn out multiple games a year, which is done for no reason other than money. "Yeah, but Gamefreak doesn't get all the money." If they got even 10% of the money earned, they have no damn excuse. They have stakes in the highest grossing media franchise in the world. "But even with the money, they're on a time crunch." A time crunch that's self imposed and used to maximize profit and output, regardless of quality. "But it's hard for so few people to make a triple A game." So hire more. They have the money. And before you even say they don't, they're paying artists like Ed Sheeran and Toby Fox to make music. "The game doesn't have to be perfect to be good." Yeah, but it has to function. If I fall through the ground randomly, the game crashes repeatedly, or my trainer becomes Slenderman, it isn't running like it's supposed to. "Your just nitpicking, it's not that bad." If this was almost any other series, you wouldn't be hearing this shit. If this game was $20 dollars and made by an indie developer, maybe you make that argument, but even then, if the game crashes and I lose all of my progress, that's not a "nitpick", that's a problem. "Well I didn't experience any glitches or bugs, so it's not an issue." And not every person experienced Joy-con drift, so that's not an issue either right? "You just want to complain." No, I just want a good game. You'd rather just suck Gamefreak's cock because it's too hard for you to just admit that something you like can have massive glaring flaws. I've had fun with many games that had bugs and issues, some that were even bad, and there's nothing wrong with that.
