Do you have to be connected to Wi-Fi?

I’m having the same issues as him. It didn’t even let me pick what hp tune I wanted to put on the truck. Not happy with the h&s

@Tommy Bragalone same thing happened to me and it said it was warming up or something like that, i drove my truck few minutes and when i came back home turned the engine off and the key to the on position and it was letting me change it. I hope this helps you

@Tommy Bragalone it's been working perfectly, also, if you did the full delete make sure you check both coolant tanks, my f250 has 2 and one of them was low and i lost a lot of power until i refilled it, now its extremely fast

@@WarVet1984 it let you change tunes after it warmed up?

@@WarVet1984 I’m actually in the middle of flushing the coolant. Both radiators are full of distilled water.

I've had one on an 08 F250 since 2017,

They definitely do not. My buddy has a 2015 powerstroke and uses this exact tuner and has done so for years

@@bmac9317 because it’s not a real h&s tuner. It’s a black market china one lol look up old PDF h&s files you’ll see what years they really fit. 07.5-2012 Cummins. They were the best you could get back then. Still a very good tuner and trans tunes long as you know how to use it correctly not like a high school idiot kid.
