I have a BSc (Honors) in Medical Sciences (Immunology), but am being sponsored for a role as a Compliance Support Supervisor (AML & Regulatory Compliance). I also have almost 3 year experience working in Compliance, for a similar company, and am in a Senior position. How would I answer about my highest qualification and how it relates to my field? My degree provided me with a lot of analytical skills, research skills, problem-solving and critical thinking. As well as the ability to investigate holisticly and work with a data driven approad, which is necessary for those working in AML. Thoughts?
I would still get an evaluation with experience from a US college professor, which may give you a proper equivalency. They also provide an expert opinion letter.
What will be your salary in the US ? - answer should be in replied hourly basis or LPA. How could if the salary is mentioned in hourly in Offer letter or etc etc ??
Hi, I missed to mention proper current roles and duties in the ds 160, instead mentioned designation alone. So will it impact the interview process? Just to over come this I have created new ds 160 but not getting any way to update the same in interview schedule how to proceed on this ?
Please, with regards to a job offer which states eg 2022 2023 what is the duration of the contract? Are we to say how long maximum the H1B lasts or the actual duration ie 1 year as stated in the offer letter.? Kindly clarify
You should normally go based on the H1B Approval Notice, if asked at the consulate, you can always say the offer will be extended and it is probably a policy of the employer to extend as needed.
