The thing is that we all expect that when we achieve our goals, when we get over all of the obstacles and hardships, that there will be happiness and internal peace waiting for us. And when there is none, we start to think that the struggle and hustle made us happy, and while working towards a goal keeps us level headed, the most it does is distract us from our inner demons. And when the distractions begin to disappear, we are left to battle it out with ourselves. I really appreciate Ethan talking about his negative personality change, i love that he's so honest. I feel like it's a vicious cycle, the audience starts noticing the changes and gives him shit for it which leads to ethan becoming even more negative. We as fans really need to take a step back and stop fucking judging him for every little thing he's doing or saying. People on the internet are so entitled and think they have the right to shit on creators for the dumbest things. Love you Ethan, don't let all this negativity get to you, you still got a fanbase who supports you unconditionally.

I don't understand some of the hate in the comments here. This podcast was great. I never really had interest in Phil before but now I see he's at least one of the good guys left on RU-vid. I studied compassion fatigue as part of my Masters degree. We were never intended to consume so much grief so we can only process the stuff our brain considers to be important right now. It’s why we always care more about tragedies on our doorstep or things that are happening to those who are like us rather than distant experiences. It’s a normal part of brain function and we should totally not feel guilty about it. Thanks for bringing it up though, such an important topic for discussion. Appreciate ya ✨

Last year around this time I went through what you were feeling and had a complete change in my life, I looked for helped where I was too ashamed to do so in the past. Maybe talk to a doctor about what your feeling and see a therapist, really made a big difference in my life. Love your shit btw, bless.

He's a busy dude and is always working but the dynamic between Ethan, Hila and Post is so great and he offers a very unique perspective on most things. When the three of you are on camera together it creates the atmosphere of friendship that is really hard to replicate. It really makes this podcast special, genuinely.

I think I remember hearing about the male birthcontrol pills that the study they made on people had to be cancelled because too many of the guys trying it complained about the side effects. Like, less lust, increased hunger, decreased hunger, mood swings and shit. And when I read that I just laughed. This is what pretty much everyone on the pill goes through, welcome to the party.

Dogs are 100% pure. My recently rescued one-year-old pit bull, Stella, came through so much before she got to us - from being abused by people, to being used as bait for other dogs, to being forced into having puppies by the time she was just only physically able to, to being left at a shelter in Texas, heavily pregnant, and next on the euthanasia list because they didn't want to deal with her puppies being born and needing care. And after all of that, she just wants love. She's so constantly happy just to be living a life without having to be afraid all the time, and she doesn't hold any kind of grudge against people or dogs, even after all she's been through. I see all the scars along her legs and her head, and I see how strong she is, and how purely innocent she is in all of it. My first girl, Dani, didn't let her fight against cancer bring her down, and Stella didn't let the pieces of shit who abused her bring her down. Dogs are so pure, and so lovingly perfect, and we as humans don't even deserve their perfectness
