I have been making this for years i had a sri lankan work friend , i remember frying the sprats inside the house and what a mistake , now i heat up the oil first walk out side with the pan with hot oil and fry the sprats outside or heat up the oil on your BBQ - it saves having to buy air freshener ;)
Thanks Akki After my mother passed away 14 years ago never had this dish. With your super guidance now I am going to make this and enjoy. Wishing you a very healthy and prosperous Sinhala New Year - from me in UK Thanks Akki
