I still keep trying and though ur classes are so perfect, on my part I don't reach the mark due to lack of skills. Hello Aunty , you sound so motherly and sweet . Can you make the seeni sambol (dry version ) made just like this with everything fried separately. I have seen someone making it , and it was so tasty . But I can't remember every step . Thank you , take care !

Dear Anoma, thank you so much for your channel. I am from Australia and you are a life saver... . i have few questions. could you please suggest few meal plan menu for lunches and dinner. i always mess up the combination and ends up a disaster. Secondly how to avoid frying the onions and other food as my husband has cholesterol and BP. can this be done in the oven? Regards

I have been making this for years i had a sri lankan work friend , i remember frying the sprats inside the house and what a mistake , now i heat up the oil first walk out side with the pan with hot oil and fry the sprats outside or heat up the oil on your BBQ - it saves having to buy air freshener ;)
