When Amit da starts' Aja Meri rato se' it takes us to the realm of GOD i.e. R.D.Burman. No comparison with Bapi's paheli bar. When we hear paheli bar only Kishore Kumar comes to our mind but when we hear O hansini both Kishore Da and pancham da come to our mind. This video clearly distinguishes R.D. Burman with rest of the commercial composers. Thanks Amit da

@@-SG-3 may be. But in comparison to Rahul Dev Burman Bapi is nothing. Bapi Rose to fame because of Kishore Kumar. RD Burman is class apart.Besides R.D. Burman was a wonderful person. He never insulted anybody even when many people of Bollywood industry betrayed him. But Bapi has false ego. Once in an interview with ' Ebela' Bapi said RD Burman could not imagine what Bapi created. I liked Bapi but when I heard that interview I stoped listening the songs composed by Bapi lahiri even if it is sung by Kishore Kumar. Til now I do not listen any songs composed by Bapi lahiri. Any way it is my personal opinion that R.D. Burman is the ultimate, incomparable, God of Music, Prince of Tripura, King of Heart. Born as a prince, reign Bollywood music as King, and die like King. In 70s we watched a film more than twice because of RD Burman. Be it Yadon ki barat, hare Rama hare Krishna, Rickshawala, jawani Diwani, kati patang, anamika,......... This was the craze of RD Burman.

@@samirdigar5431 Both are great. But, I definitely agree with him on this point that RD Burman is beyond any comparison. The songs, RDB created in 70s and 80s, were beyond the imagination of any other music director. His each and every composition used to be unique. RDB was miles ahead than Bappi Da. RDB came in the Bollywood with a bang, and he registered his arrival with the superhit music for 'Teesri Manzil', and also left the world in style with his evergreen music for '1942:A Love Story'. Songs and music of 'Caravan', 'Kati Patang', 'Amar Prem' , 'Hare Rama Hare Krishna', 'Yaadon Ki Baraat', 'Aandhi', 'Khushboo', 'Parichay', 'Hum Kisi Se Kam Nahi', 'Sholay', 'Love Story', 'Rocky', 'Betaab', 'Saagar', 'Ijaazat', '1942:A Love Story', etc., all are gems and absolute masterpieces. Not only in Hindi, RDB created so many evergreen songs in Bengali too. Well, Bappi Da is also great, but frankly speaking, RDB is the real BOSS. What Bappi Da tried to do in 80s, RDB had already done that in 70s. Those musical experiments, those innovations in music, those variations in rhythm and musical beats, only RDB could do it successfully. Kishore Da's singing talent was discovered by SD Burman, and later explored and flourished by RD Burman. Pancham Da played the key role in the success of Kishore Da in 70s.
