The programs weren't on my TL2, but you can find them on the Haas tooling page, if you go to where they sell lathe jaw boring rings. The instructions worked, I have the template, but it doesn't show like when you normally select a VPS template. The instructions tell you to press F1, this makes it visible. Now to buy/make some soft jaws for my Samchully chuck!
