Habits to adapt 1. Don't give up after the first failure A winner is a dreamer who never gives up , the real failure is when you stop trying so never give up 2. Don't waste your time! Act now. Time will never be just right, if you wanna do something do it now do not wait until tomorrow, remember no man can achieve success if he didn't first know the value of time 3. Write your thoughts down Writing creates a connection with your inner being ,by writing we can feel our inner being nature , when we write thoughts down our mind becomes free to create more ideas and generate new ideas every single day 4. Stay silent at least one hour every single day If u want to know your future look at what you are doing at this moment , silence is the greatest weapon of the mind , silence is the best answer to someone who doesn't value your words when you stay silent alone for a moment it teaches u to stay calm and focus on one thing ,one way to develop your intuition and gut feeling is through silence "Mastering others is strength, Mastering yourself is true power" people who manage to accomplish extraordinary results in life are the people who understand themselves better they know their potential, their strength and their passion and thus they manage to utilise their characters to maximize their results in life 5. I've Same issue of chatting, talking with friends and, I thought sleep will make me happy, stress free, I left thinking about problems and solutions & was chasing temperory satisfaction/happiness ... I didn't give much time to myself but for others.. I'm trying to be better .😊.. At the end there will be the one thing which is regret, if this continues
