the amount of videos ive just watched about defensive plays trying to understand more on what to do to create more opportunities is alot but none of them gave me this much valuable information just from the first 10 minutes
Keep your head up, move your feet, shoot to miss, don't overhandle the puck, get in position to receive a pass, know what to do with it before it gets to you, third man stay high, forwards come back hard, don't get caught watching the puck, always know where your man is, talk to each other out there... The more things change, the more they stay the same. Beauty!
this is a Great video! thank you for posting. quick ?n: what does "dusting the puck off" mean? is it about extra touches on unnecessary stickhandling or just throwing it off vs passing with intent?
