There are some habits that wish I had implemented sooner, we all make mistakes, and whilst it's important not to dwell on them I think it's really important to reflect here are some regrets that I made in my early 20's

Thank you for the video. I wish more young people can watch your video and take these grounded advices instead of seeking a by-pass from New Age spirituality.

Oooof that aftermath part. If I go out at night, I better be getting paid, for guest appearances. Or I'm out with my few close friends, amongst ourselves. And I don't do clubs, I do raves 😸 no paraphernalia needed. The Djay's set is my high. I love easy reads, and books that will "thought provoke" me into to taking little gems of notes. Reading"How to Relate to Impossible People " by Dick Purnell. I like turning pages. Been detoxing IG for the past 2 months. Ooof this is a good one, plus if you have any neurodivergent challenges you will make a mistake and lower your motivation and beat yourself up later. I love budgeting even when I will have a little money left over, having change to add in towards my next purchase helps me balance out or save some money that I don't put in the bank just yet. Budgeting money, allows me to know how to budget my energy

It was nice to hear your anecdotes! My list would be pretty much the same but I'd probs add mininalism after having watched Netflix's The Minimalists: Less Is Now. What's your take on minimalism?
@Shay216

Thanks for the feedback Tolu yeah agree watch way too much Netflix, I approach minimalism in small doses , I am not 100% all in but agree we could all benefits form having a little less of material goods from time to time

Setting deadlines is probably the biggest one for me right now as I still struggle with estimating how much time it will take to do something. This becomes especially problematic with creative tasks like writing. Do you have a system for dealing with unrealistic deadlines or getting better at estimating?

1. Work out what time of day you’re more likely to get things done. For some it’s evening or lunch break, mine is in the morning after working out. 2. Apply 1 hour of deep focus where you have ideally zero distractions and hopefully over time you can increase that. You could start off by using the Pomodoro technique where you study or work for 20 minutes at a time and then have a 10min break. 3. When it comes to creative work I try to ask as many questions as possible when outlining a brief for a project as this will minimise any confusion on the client’s side or your side in terms of what needs to be done. Also I always tend to underpromise and overdeliver because overpromising things put a bit of pressure on you, but when you overdeliver this always makes you look better and more efficient. 4. Try timing yourself when completing one particular project, like physically get a timer and time yourself. We always underestimate in our heads how much time things take. Humans tend to be poor predictors of time as it’s an intangible asset, and over time you start to gauge more of an idea of how long it takes you to complete your creative tasks. Hope this helps
