How do I experience transcendence? I keep getting held back one way or the other, I get flashbacks. I don't know what it is that I am not doing. I am 25, and have been on this journey since I was 18.
Feeling stuck!!! No matter how much knowledge i gain on self- development i can't seem to apply any of it because i find excuses; my husband, my children need me or how do i balance this? Ive never put myself as a priority and its killing me slowly 😢
