Breaking bad habits or developing good habits is relatively easy, in concept. We beat ourselves up for goals we want to reach and miss without realizing that their is a process to becoming the person we desire to be. This is detrimental to building a solid music career.
The points discussed in this episode are inspired by James Clear's book 'Atomic Habits' - we highly recommended reading the book for understanding how habits work. The book talks about improving 1% to create dramatic change but that can be difficult in a culture driven of instant gratification.
