Everything we do is habitual. Either the habits are productive or unproductive. We decide. There's no magic pill to a success music career or productivity to life, only practice of successful habits that makes the difference.
We, in the states are obsessed with a "get rich quick" mentality that businesses market 21 day solutions to us to break life long formed habits. And when we don't stick with the habits, we blame ourselves sending us into a worse mental state than before.
In this episode we share more principles from James Clear's book Atomic Habits.
If we get used to being in-tune and honest with ourselves, excited about the process, not the goal then we will see big time gains over time.
I understand this principle like investing in stocks: a little over time starts to get the ball rolling and compound interests does the rest!
