I do a morning walk in my garden trying to notice what is new. It is an exercise of observation, mindful, appreciation, curiosity while earthing and take a bit of sun/ wind/ rain.
I am making a checklist today to help me get started. I am already doing some, but I am excited to up my game. 73 years of age, just lost my husband this past week. I want to live a better life. I am planning on working and getting back into ministry, so I am excited to get this rolling. Great challenge! Thank you for this phenomenal info!! God bless!!
Things I'll start doing to get alil uncomfortable : 1.Bath in cold water. 2.brush my teeth with my left hand. 3.some night and morning 5m yoga exercises. 4.Recall on my day using a diary. 5.Journal for Gratitude. 6.Journal for dreams. 7.And keep watching Mr Jim Kwik video for persistent Growth🤍

Thank you Jim! When I get up earlier than I needed to I always listened to the podcast and fall back asleep again. And I don't remember what I have listened. Since I have listened and watched Jim's video I have used that morning to spend at least half an hour to learn for self-development. I have decided to make notes while listening to podcast rather than just listening it passively. I used to take cold shower at the end of my daily shower... but now is winter and I have chickened out of that. In the evening, I used to get very annoyed thinking about work, having to work with colleagues who are not responsible and not organised and having incident with meeting rude people during the day..... But now, from now on after letting it out I will find something I am grateful for to wind down. I have lots of things I am grateful for everyday and will focus on that. Thank you again Jim!

I learned to brush my teeth with my left hand about one year ago after reading your book "LIMITLESS", now brushing with my left hand is easier than I expected. Thank you Jim.

I take a walk around sunrise each day to work with the circadian rhythm. I’ve also done the brushing of teeth with the other hand and cold shower. I journal in the evening listing three things I’m grateful for ❤

Choosing what you tube content to spend time on has become a top priority for me. Fortunately there is still some good content like this one thats absolutely worth it. I have also declared social media apps and TV obsolete. Done with ceding my valuable time to useless activities that yield zero return.

Thank you for sharing all these GEMS, for example, your brain loves a clean environment, your gut is your second brain, when you move you groove, brushing your teeth with the opposite hand to develop habit of paying attention, take a cold shower which challenges you to do hard things.
Love the ideas. Just made my list between sets at the gym. Every morning a cold shower I'm starting in morning. Getting a shower cap today. Making a breakfast morning menu. I waste too much mental energy trying to decide what I'm eating and what time. Looking forward to making these positive changes. Discipline!!

I've taken the suggestion from you're book to turn off notifications on my phone for certain apps. It helped immediately! I wrote down what you just said about 2-3 min. review before bed on the cover as a reminder. Things that are important to me I have to see it visually and constantly. I'm currently sleeping in my car at a truck stop, but I'm Gr8fuL to be able to have a place to sleep. I've noticed many changes in my life due to my gratitude bucket that you taught me about and I want to keep it going. You haven't steered me wrong yet 🙏, so I will start this new habit tonight. I was wondering on how to set up a morning routine and viola, this is so attractive for me as I do do most of this every morning but not in a set order, meaning I might miss out on something then get all muddled up. lately i have heard complete story of jim kwik how he went through different stages of life and how he achieved his goal and litterly i become fan of him. Really i am grateful , the way you giving tips and tricks it seems there is a Master of brain and yes you are Master.
For me.. I'm using my opposite hand more often, not just brushing the teeth. Actually I'm trying to learn writing with my opposite hand; even though it can be quite frustrating sometimes.. most of the the times in fact. And I'll try to do the other things God willing. And let's create some magic !

Thanks Kiki, I first of all I click a saved of the dreams i had for a few second. Then move straight into appreciating God for recharging and reloading me with a full day. Look at the time. Then interpretation of the dreams and affirm the good scenarios in the dream and declare corrections on the unwanted scenes. Then relate my dreams to my program of the day if there is a prompting from the dream as to some cautions or others. ...
I start my day with 2 1/2 hours of prayer in 2 prayer groups and personal prayer. I am going to add the night before review, brushing my teeth with my opposite hand and making my bed. I am in a wheelchair so that’s a little challenging. Thanks for the info. I will revisit the list and add more to my daily routine. 😊

I do already have a morning gratitude journal and exercise, i will now brush my teeth with my left hand, i will review my days the night before also:) Thank you so much for these simple and practical tips!! I really do appreciate it ... i am so forgetful! It makes me clumsy and not present i hate it so much !! And now i have thrèe young children watching my every move .. i want to instill good habits in them. I need to.. I have always had low self estèem because of being so clumsy and not being present and focused .. i dont want that for them .

For me, I take my 20 min morning walk with my dog. While we walk I listen at least 2 chapters in the Bible. After that I listen motivational speaker for the remaking 10 mins or more then I think about my day on things I need to accomplish. Pray about it.

Jim this is one of most encouraging content on the internet for me. Most of the things you mention are exactly things I do. The mistakes and doing the uncomfortable things are my daily routine. Thanks much I got great value from your presentation. I will be sharing the information. My non-negotiable morning routine is silent prayer of gratitude for a new day and reading my morning devotional. I then spread my bed have some water and then exercise for 30 mins to 45 mins. Then review and set my schedule for the day. Thanks for the bit about exercising without doing the full routine it was empowering because sometimes it’s difficult to do the full exercise program and it becomes a stress trigger 😅
