Having lived in Mexico what to know about Guadalajara. It is Mexico's 2nd biggest city after the capital, Ciudad de Mexico. It is in the State of Jalisco, whereTequila is the famous product.(it is also the home state of the most notorious cartel, Cartel de Jalisco Nueva Generación... so always go around with your hosts. They dont play around with their security, either.) Mexicans usually never serve fusion food. They offer their food to the visitors. Guadalajara is the home of Canelo Alvarez, the famous Mexican boxer. Mexican taco is not for those with high cholesterol, athritis, hypertension, and diabetes (Mexican Coca Cola is sweeter than US CocaCola.) Mexican hosts love Chef JP and Camille because they are respectful and appreciative. Thanks Chef... kanami gid sang ginhimo mo sa Mexico.
Chef JP I'm so proud of what you did in Mexico. You right both countries shares some food cultures the similarities is endless. Is it Mexico PAMPANGA one of those reasons
My wife loves tacos especially Mexican. Will be good if most all chefs & staff practice hygienic restaurant things. Hand gloves, face masks, hair net etc.
4:36 you're a friendly fellow chef and that's the reason why these Mexican people are so good with you..Imagine these Mexicans treating you to the different tacos stall just to entertain you and Camille? What a wonderful experience tasting those tacos... you're so blessed and very lucky enjoying your time with them sharing their famous taco in town.more videos chef and explore more food 9:04
Hi! Chef JP & Camille, good to watch your vlog in Mexico again.. your fortunate to have a different taste of tacos, barbacoas.. maybe you try going to their biggest market where all kinds of tacos (maize, flour, )are cooked also different colors . Again thanks for the show.. halong..😂
We live a stones throw away from Tijuana, Mexico and have crossed the border many times to do community service and medical missions there but squeamish to try these specialty foods. Authentic, traditional tacos is all for me…
Sana all. 🤗 lupit nun. Having a stranger friends/just kakameet new friends then dadalhin ka sa buong araw na food trip.. busssog grabeh. - thin person talking here. 😆
this just popped in my head - in your last video, you cooked sisig for the staff of the restaurant and taught them how to cook it. what if, one day they decide to marry sisig (or their own take on sisig) and taco 'no?
I don't know why I felt a bit sad for your wife, Camille, when the other girl get her tacos and keep staring yours. Its better if you let her get your other taco and both of you bite them at the same time. But, I still enjoy this video. Keep it up Chef!
Chef some of the captions were off. I can help if you want to have it correct. Like plancha instead of blanche, pastor and not pastel…I worked with 95% Hispanic so medyo familiar ako sa words and I work in a big tortilla company here.
It's so hard to watch the chefs while cooking kasi naka mask pa sila mahirap huminga pag naka mask kasi walang pumapasok na air or oxygen sa brain masusuffocate sila so sad to watch
Yes, and thank you for that concern. but we manage to do handle that during pandemic in middle part of year 2020 to middle of Year 2021, it’s mandatory from our work. I was working in a senior living (Texas). Almost every two weeks a Resident is posiitve..
