The accomplishment of his government is there to see, bringing back national pride and unity among millions of Somalis home and abroad. Stability is what Somalia needs and his reappointment is imperative. Insha Allah khair, he comes back which will give him mandate on a lot of issues that he was obstructed before.
Our society has become so polarized that the situation is worse than it was in the 90's. Farmaajo has been given a golden opportunity that no one else has had before. Unfortunately, it has ended with even more hatred & quarrels between different regions and clans. Clan hatred has gained a new foothold and many who celebrated when Farmaajo was welcomed as president in 2017 are so pissed at him today.
With all due respect to all three previous presidents, I hope for a new face and new blood for Somalis. I hope for a young new president who has contact with reality. Farmaajo is a good person & fellow human being (he is definitely not a qabyaaladayste) but unfortunately he has many people around who have given him direct wrong advices. For his own good, I really think he should think again about staying 4 more years, if he wins.

We have seen constant reminder of people threatening to take the country back to 1991. We have seen people who have had a hand in the destructions of the country, go on the street with militia trying to undermine the government through brute force. It is also farcical inaccurate to claim things have been worst than 1991, which caused a war and death. I want you to be honest with yourself please. Farmaajo is not infallible and has his flaws but what he has faced, was exactly people who wanted to use qabiil to get what they wanted. A "modus operandi" in Somalia where qabiil supremacy and force is the only means to achieve something. Farmaajo and Nabad Iyo Nolol was hindered at every turn. You know it, when an agreement was signed on 17th September and some people are immoral to back out on their words. Who's fault is that? When Madobe who illegally holds power and former presidents to spite Farmaajo and old qabiil alliance go to Kismayo to welcome him. Let's me brutally honest, he had to fight much power foreign interference and local spoilers but yet still achieve things no other government have. Restoring national pride is a huge turning point.
