I disliked using the skull in general, but looks like I've just been misunderstanding how it's supposed to be used, at least in case of this aspect. Thanks for that! Happy to learn something from speedrunning videos like those.
Great run! New fig leaf item makes the last few rooms kinda free lol. I am curious though, why pom static shock in the beginning rather than attack? Was the goal to set up for "pom, pom, pom" in mourning fields?
normally you want to start with either a heroic heaven flourish or a rare/epic storm ring (without rarifying it) but static shock makes a fun noise and I impulsively took it and rarified it like a goober and sub 6'd anyways, you normally just take it as a good secondary boon after those two
Amazing run. I've never liked the feel of this aspect myself, but I was always trying to load all the shells before specialing. Looks like you are mostly just loading one shell and then doing regular non-omega special, correct? This is a nice combination of boons to get two curses for the extra damage, scorch from the cast and blitz from the special.
Yep, all you really need most of the time for triggering the blitz. Maybe that's better at some spots not sure, it's only my second run with the aspect so Im still getting used to it

I feel like regardless it'd of been more worth taking Hades for the chance at the free massive hit on Chronos in the beginning, but with how much damage you do maybe it wouldn't make a difference, I'm unsure.
Main issue with taking hades room is it causes the last room to have significantly more enemies (something like up to 80% more), so I was playing it safe assuming the last room wouldn't have been skipped. If you're high rolling on last room being skipped then it's worth!
@@FMOptimist Wait, really? That's really odd that it causes there to be more enemies, though it'd be great if you got the proc to negate that last room. I can understand not wanting to gamble that especially when you're not guaranteed anything useful from Hades for this category.
I mess it up here because I forgot about this enemy's slower death animation, but if you kill the last enemy in an artemis room as shes aiming her arrow before she shoots you can get a "fast artemis" and she spawns instantly as the timer unfreezes
