To anyone planning to start this platinum journey: after buying the minor list of prophecies and upgrading your mirror, trade your gems for keys, trade the keys for nectars and dole them out to EVERYONE. When you have the chance for a ! room (Sisyphus, etc) take it everytime and give them nectar. I had zero issues with any of the trophies at all and got everything just by playing and it has to be one of the most enjoyable platinums. The "randomness" and the waiting was honestly a non issue for me. If you're into quick plats I wouldn't recommend it but if you want a truly fantastic game to sink time into it's a 100% easy recommendation and the plat will come easily as long as you dole out nectar ASAP.
100% agree here. I did the story and all and saved every nectar for...I don't know. Took me 20+ hours at least, to meet every god and character. So yes, dole out every nectar to anyone 😅
I just started today a few hours ago and got to the end of Elysium unlocked a ton of stuff. I don't know much about it yet. I had the bow with some crit, and auto shot, with a extra fire arrow and a dash that did like a ton of damage and knockback and special that knocked back. When the knock back hit it cause rupture and had those skills all upgraded. it was strong I was just unprepared for Elysium. Those stupid butterflies are me up before I knew what was doing the damage. So I was weak at the boss.
For the trophy that requires you to purge a legendary boon, I think that purging the fishing boon Poseidon gives you is the best bet, because it's guaranteed to happen at the start of the game eventually, and not particularly useful for escaping anyway.
Ah that's a great point! That was actually the first Legendary Boon I got too. That would be the easiest way to grab that trophy 😁 Instead of waiting on a random one
Awesome guide. Thanks for not rushing it to get it out closer to the initial game release. The work you put in really shows and makes these videos very high quality.
Thanks Raptor :D Feels good to hear that. Yeah I often think that sure I would get more views if I got it out closer to launch but I really don't want to rush the guides and I want to make sure there tons of strats for people to follow. Gotta take time to get it right.
I thought I'd be done with the game when the credits rolled. That's how I play most games, after all. I've been playing through the Final Fantasy series, and all the ones I've beat so far, I put them down once the final boss goes down. But this game This game I can't stop. It's still SO good. So I'm going for 100% for the first time. This guide has been really helpful for showing me how close I am. I still have plenty to do, but I'm not giving up!
That's amazing! I was actually so surprised when I realized there's way more after you take Hades down. It's definitely a great game to go for the 100% with maybe a bit of grind to it. Good luck and enjoy! 🔥
I never tire of this game, even with trying to "get a dialog for push story/trophy" but i know this RNG model to getting it, can be frustrating. Saddest moment for me was i see i achieved a platinum trophy :( its end. Gorgeous game. And amazing guide!!
I definitely agree. The game was really awesome and I was sad it was over. But yeah for those story trophy things, I don't feel like I was playing the game. Instead, I was purposefully dying to push the story lol They could have found a better way to do it.
@@Platinum_EXPerience I finally got it in about 47 hours according to my profile. Your guide was a life saver! The hardest trophy for me was probably the epilogue since I only started doing favors and giving nectar to Olympic gods towards the end. Very fun platinum tho :D
Thanks for the guide I just the plat after like two weeks of grinding straight. I got so bored towards the end of the run but felt so accomplished once it popped
That's how I felt too. I was purposely batching runs to try and progress the story. Yeah it's boring towards the end but still worth it. I can't wait till Hades 2
Nice bro! That's a great pick for the milestone :D Thanks for watching the video and I hope it helps you skip some of the grind that I had to go through
For me returnal wasn’t as bad I thought it’d be, I got 100% trophies (including the dlc) in 40 hours, I already got 40 hours in hades and I have 26/50 trophies
Finally i stuck in front of the Platinum trophy and the anoying "Thorn of Thanatos" won't let me pass. All the other trophies weren't that hard, more time consuming. That means try, try and try again. 😤 For three days ago i reached the 28% and so close to it i died. Greetings from Germany 😎
Nice! You can do it 💪 Just try to get those nectars and relationships up early so that the prophecy conversations will come up faster. Those slowed me down when I did my run
I disagree that this game wears out its welcome. All I need is one for the ages and I will have the platinum and I am still absolutely in love with this game. I’m even considering buying it on the PS4 to double dip on my platinum trophies
That's great! 👍 Glad you liked. It didn't quite keep my interest long enough to get to the platinum but it's awesome that you are enjoying it that much. I just would have preferred if they let me explore some of these side stories more at my leisure or speed up the progression of these stories a bit.
@@Platinum_EXPerience for me it is one of the most satisfying platinum trophies I have ever gotten. I loved every minute of it. It is easily my game of the year for 2021
Thanks, But No Thanks trophy - just pause the game and quit after the trophy pops then you can just continue from the main screen and it'll take you back to the beginning of the room
Yeah don't worry you are still good. This prophecy has a lot of stuff that has to happen first before it popped and it took a while. You have to give 6 jugs to both Achilles and Patroclus and have either the "Musician and Muse" or "End of Torment" prophecy done first. Then the work order should pop up at the house contractor. It's a lot of stuff and it takes a bit of time.
@@Platinum_EXPerience I already did the other prophecies and I accidentally finished one for the ages first before finishing divided by death so I thought I screwed up on the order
@@Platinum_EXPerience Awesome; I kept trying to get a feel for how the damage seemed in this game through various gameplay videos but had no idea who was using it and who wasn't. I'm really wanting to pick this up on sale and am willing to sink in the time for the Platinum, just worried it'll kick my ass too much since this isn't the type of game I'm used to. The hardest ones I've completed lately are a few of the 'Souls'-type games but nothing that's so top down like this is.
It's definitely worth the time to play it and even if you don't throw on God Mode, it will still get easier as you upgrade the mirror in your room and your weapons after every run. The game is really good about that. God Mode will definitely. Are things easier though because you will eventually be able to tank a lot of damage
It has to be a regular friend request and not a close friend request. I wont accept the close friend requests. Check your pending request section cause I sent you one as well.
Yup! You can get the Platinum Trophy while God Mode is on. What it does is give you some damage resistance every time you die which will make the game easier every time you die.
