Yeah, that's what people liked about her but I think it's because she's aged inside the palace, experiencing betrayal, sadness, false hopes, empty promises and death of loved ones. So that's why she is like that.
I find her character to be really frustrating after she realised Wang So is Gwangjong but it just shows her character development. Outside of the palace, she was this bubbly cute girl but once inside the palace, she became more paranoid and wary due to her traumatic experiences (deaths and betrayal of loved ones) so her personality became a lot more bleak. When you think about it, she trapped in the middle of this ongoing competition between the brothers for the throne. I'm bot surprised that she became that way. Even her body showed symptoms of extreme stress hence why she had heart palpitations and heart constrictions. It eventually became too unbearable that she just wanted out of the palace.
This is why I love scarlet heart ryeo. We see such a big character development for Haesoo. She went from bright to becoming a mature woman. She adapted to Goryeo culture and followed the norms. The palace changed her, even though it was the saddest change, it made her become a wise woman. And to see Wang So love her as she changed through it all, showed his real sincere love for her
I keep on thinking what would happen if the roles were reversed and the princes got transported to the modern world.. kinda like rooftop prince. That would be funny as hell HAHAHHAHA
sad in a series of 20 hours she had one 3 minutes of such happiness and eventually everything around her turned into ash and pretty much everyone went crazy .
Everything was better when she was this "noisy thing", as So called her. She was such a sunshine, then the palace transformed her, at the end she seemed Court Lady Oh.
I think in this drama everyone deserved better 😭 still can't forget the warm smile of wook and hae so with her fun personality and specially Wang so happy with hae so 😭
Everyone thought he was the dog but in reality he was the lone wolf..I saw almost 70 kdramas but in the end I found him most talented actor😍..this drama was awsome but guys please watch flower of evil..just a request..dont miss this gem because of other dramas😊..
I had watched FOE. It is also great drama. But i don't know why, i felt the chemistry between main lead, less powerfull and natural beauty rather than main lead in moonlovers. Although kissing scene in ML SHR more polite way than FOE, but their gesture and eyes contact more awesome and sexy😁. And ML SHR make me to have high standard for other Kdrama (storyline, filmography, cast, OST etc). Also it makes addict to repeat watching again and again, although it has sad ending....
The life at palace kills her personality at the beginning... She was like soo active at the first but the palace had changed her... I really loved this drama like this is one of the best dramas.. But I was really hoping for a special episode... 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔😖😭😭😭😭
I have seen more than 33 Chinese and Korean dramas but this is my most favorite one, it never looses it's charm and attraction.💕💖💓💜💛💚💗💘💝💞💟❤💙👍✌👌👏👐👋🎂🎁🎀🎶 And this is the only drama whose season 2 I want eagerly. 😟😟😟
If this was the only reference I had before watched SHR I would be so confused when all the drama happened... We had so many fun stories sadly the tragic ones where overwhelming, but still I wouldn't change anything, I love this drama, after all this years and I can still re-watch it and talk about it for days

@@kimsam8032 why though? Even if this didn't do well in Korea, the international audience loved it and I think because of that the Korean audience started giving it a second chance too. So why wouldn't they make a season 2?

The Men on a Mission episode with IU and Lee Joon Gi was the highest rated episode of the entire show's history with the pair recreating "iconic" scenes from a drama that was considered a flop when it originally ran. I think that pretty much demonstrates that the audience for Moon Lovers 2 exists even within Korea and it goes without saying it would be an international success. Plus, a lot of the criticism for the first season came from IU's subpar acting but she's proven with Hotel Del Luna that she's matured and improved a lot.
First and last??? I am so glad this one was not my first drama otherwise it would have killed me. It left me gutted 😞. I am still watching drama though but I will never forget this one or The Untamed. Keep watching dramas, Koreans are the best at producing series.

Gobin is masterpiece and it makes you cry a bucket and scarlet heart hits hard so i just mean i lost too much of my tears by seeing them one after another! And yeah scarlet heart ryeo is kinda like romeo juliet not exatly but a kinda sad legendary love story .well that wasn't helpful😅😅

This drama and IUs character in it was really great in the beginning. Then slowly slowly it ventured deep into that unmentionable territory that I do not want to talk about😔
I have heard many compliments of this drama, i was telling myself i have to watch this drama one day but i was forgetting again and again its been 4 years that i didn't watch this amazing drama😅but now am really watching this legendary drama in 2023, am now in ep 9.
Kinda hated her when she became paranoid.. but still she had such a tragic life she's always getting stabbed at the back by the people she trusted, she ends up losing more.
This drama is something I want to watch again and again and then again...but....m not brave enough to face it again and again and then again....I really want a season 2 so that my heart feels at peace...🥺🥺🥺🥺
Underated drama Sure some of the cast had awkward acting moments but the story and storytelling was strong enough as you go along and their acting improved or grew into a quirk of their story's character
Khryl Lim the audience that underrated this drama is just crazy. This drama had the best storyline and it was a hit internationally. We are requesting second season.
Actually when we check, it is not true if this underrated. Bcause ML SHR have average 11% rating in Korea. But the cast n prod (in earlier) had high expectations, more than 20%
When this was supposed to make us laugh but we end up feeling depressed and sad for the nth time cause we realized how funny this series from the beginning and how it became depressing until the end. 😐
What the..This drama makes my eyes swollen. The death of the 10th prince n his wife really sad, and then at the end hae soo died leaving the prince alone. What a tragic ? I watch the drama in the evening,and in the morning I got my eyes swollen .
