The new members are Nagi (singer)and Junna (drummer) who is a very well known and established super drummer . Her videos have over 5 million views of her just playing solo on her channel. She was an original member and founder of Trident. She afterwards left to persue other projects. Now a full fledged member of the new lineup of Hagane! . That bassist is very good just to keep up with Junna she would have to be . There are no weaklings in this lineup Great job on the reaction! Keep up the good work👍
I love the new vocals on the New EP They lost 3 members last year. Guitar, Vocals & Drummer left the band, Sakura and Sayaka brought this band back from the Heavy Metal Graveyard. Rebuilding by recruiting JUNNA & Nagi. Sayaka and Sakura held down the fort and sharpened their blades. ⚔⚔

It's a good song. Junna and Sakura stole the show. The singer is good. She has a bit more range than the old singer from what I can remember. They need to feature the bass player more and bring in a second guitarist though in my opinion.
Its a great first up song with the new line up. Plus Hagane's EP is really good. The new lead singer has a great voice. Even better on other tracks. Just 3 weeks ago the other ex-Hagane members in Mana Diagram released their own EP "Light of the Destiny". It's also really good. Both bands deserve to do well. Japan has so much to offer these days.
The turnover was basically 3/5 of the band were pulled by the label to do other stuff, and Sakura had to rebuild. Junna is a huge catch. Nagi, believe it or not, had never sung professionally before.
That's Junna on drums. I thought you would spied her instantly. Nagi on vocals is also new replacing Uyu. Uyu and the second guitarist went on to firm Mana Diagram. Kinako the former drummer is doing seasion drumming currently. I am glad Hagane is back and sounding great.
Junna is a tornado of sticks and hair. Sakura Yoshida is a world-class shredder. I love this song, but I'm not crazy about the flute or synth thing playing throughout. Except in the softer bridge section, it did go well with that part. All in all, it's a great song. 👍
You were impressed by the drums, but if it's JUNNA and it's calm here, watch some of their cover videos In addition, the vocalist reminds me of GACKT (Malice Mizer's first vocalist) she will be a fan of GACKT because her arm movements and expression are the same
You shd react to some of Junna's solo video's, she is a certifiedbeast behind the kit....you can see this same drum kit in the video for Trident - Voltage MV.. ..she has spent the last few years touring as a fill in drummer for Fategear on EU tours and this fall in Canada along with ex megadeath guitarist Marty Freidman.
Definitely need to check out the rest of this EP. It's wildly good. Also check out Junna's personal RU-vid channel. Her drumming is absurd. I highly reccomend the dragonforce through the fire and the flames drum cover.

I keep saying this EP is Hagane's middle finger to those who doubted they could bounce back after losing 3 bandmates last year. Also, don't let bassist Sayaka's chill attitude fool you, she's phenomenal! Just watch her videos on her RU-vid channel where she covers songs from Helloween and Iron Maiden...she has Steve Harris-speed!!
If you don't know who Junna is you have been missing out she also was with Trident but the first time I saw her she was doing drum videos and covers when she was like 13
Here's a mind-blower for you....Junna didn't start playing drums until she was 15. She was 19 when she did that first Dragonforce cover....she had only been playing for 4 years at that point. 🤯
Of the Members who left... Uyu (Vocals) and Mayto (Guitar) went on to form Mana Diagram. (You reacted to their song Glitter Wind 6 months ago) KanKo (Drummer) went on to be the drummer for Yeti Valhalla, who you interview their singer Adam. But about a month after the interview, the whole band left him. She has been a support drummer for PaleNeO and other projects. New Members... Junna (Drummer) You have reacted to her when she was in the band later called Trident after she left and also her Solo work doing a Metallica cover about a year ago. Nagi (Vocals) is pretty new on the scene but has a great voice and seems a more controlled than Uyu's more theatrical voice. Guitarist Sakura is the creator of the band. The new music has lead and rhythm guitars in most of their new stuff here too. Don't know how that will transfer over to live. Probably will have to use a backing track. Bassist is Sayaka, She just Basses along. Just doesn't emote a lot. lol
