Well spotted Steve...a self inflicted wound (collision with the corner of a wall cupboard door down at the villas if I remember correctly) which needed a bit of first aid before filming could go ahead. I had to find the smallest, neatest plaster I could...it still shows though! The recipe itself is a real stunner...Lakis is still talking about how it was one of the best things he's tasted in ages!
